Shin-Gong(신공) is one of the Five White Sages. Defect to Sinji to fulfill a goal worth his life. He built a machine that protects Sinji from outsiders. Apparently even Sword Emperor can't win against it (Chapter 382).
Personality[]
Shin-Gong is generally mild-tempered when not personally involved in a conflict. However, he is shown to be extremely prone to anger if his reputation or role as Master of Brilliant God Palace are even slightly belittled. He is particularly sensitive about the machines he created to protect Sinji's border, as they are not only powerful enough to outmatch the Sword Emperor himself, but even renowned for their virtually indestructible build. This can be seen from his violent outburst against the fighters protecting Sinji's gate, due to their decision to turn off his machines during the battle with Bi Kwang.

Sword Emperor[]
Shin-Gong is a good friend of the Sword Emperor, especially due to being fellow members of the Five White Sages. Even after defecting to Sinji, Shin-Gong would occasionally visit Sword Emperor and casually talk to him about various topics, be it personal or otherwise. He would even confide in Sword Emperor about his life's goal regarding strength and worthiness despite it being a highly sensitive issue.
Guege[]
Not much is known about Shin-Gong's relationship with Guege besides the fact that they were good friends, as well as fellow members of the Five White Sages. However, it can be concluded from Shin-Gong's toast to their friendship (during his visit to Sword Emperor) that Shin-Gong genuinely cherished his relationship with Guege.
Abilities[]
Shin-Gong's main ability is his unmatched prowess in creating powerful machines, whether it be for combat or other purposes. It can be said that the machines protecting Sinji's border are the pinnacle of his achievements, considering that not even Sword Emperor was capable pf defeating them (as well as the fact that he was extremely prideful of their abilities).
Despite this, Shin-Gong was also well-versed in ki techniques, as evidenced by both Zhong Li's and Han Bi Kwang's surprise at the strength of his energy attack against Bi Kwang.
